Shaping the mind

Once the breath and the body are relaxed and a sense of stability develops, you can turn to the attitudes shaping the mind.

In a sense, it is easy enough to see what needs to be done.

Look on the positive side; reject the invitation to get caught in negativities and emotionalities.

When the mind turns negative, do not let it dictate to you or become part of you.

Instead, cultivate a pure, clear, and clean way of looking.
